Our client, a global MNC in the engineering space is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team, based here in Singapore. This is a regional role, covering the full spectrum of HR functions. Responsibilities include the following:
- Working closely with business leaders to support and implement HR plans and strategies
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding
- Payroll management, compensation and benefits administration
- Taking the lead with performance management
- Training and development
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, systems and processes
- Providing HR advice to business leaders and staff
- Assist with any HR related projects
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively independently or in a team
- Strong stakeholder management skills
