HR Executive (Organizational Learning & Development) - 12 months contract - Singapore

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join the Organizational Learning & Development team of a Top Solutions Provider company in Singapore.

As an HR Executive, your main responsibility will be to provide effective, accurate, and timely Operations & Management support for the Learning & Development initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting various Learning & Development activities, managing training administration, generating reports, and assisting in the implementation of Organization Development (OD) initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the operational aspects of Learning & Development initiatives and activities.
  • Support the organization, execution, and reporting of Learning events in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and analysis related to Learning & Development.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Prepare, organize, and manage onsite/virtual training programs and OD events, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate with external providers/vendors to execute onsite/virtual training programs and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Handle all pre- and post-training program requirements, including participant communication, materials preparation, and evaluation.
  • Support the team in planning and managing Learning & OD events, assisting with scheduling, participant registration, and resource coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks for training activities, including planning training schedules, booking venues, maintaining training records, and preparing training evaluation reports using the online learning management system.
  • Support the implementation of corporate-wide training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in Learning & Development in an established organization preferably in the IT industry.
