HR Executive $3,300 x 12 months
VOLT, Singapore are looking for an HR Executive to join a friendly team for this role based within a Luxury Hotel Chain in Singapore.
This role will entail full spectrum HR activities and will manage the end to end Recruitment process including the posting of job adverts and shortlisting candidates for interview. They will need to attend the first-round interview and extend and manage the offer process for new hires.
This role will report to the HR Manager and will also be responsible for:
- On-boarding
- performance management
- Learning & development
- Payroll administration and liaising with the external Payroll Vendor
- Taking responsibility for employee engagement activities
- Managing the insurance administration
- Work pass applications and renewals
Ad hoc duties as needed
My client is looking for someone who is can learn quickly and work with minimal supervision. Diploma / Degree with a minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience. Good knowledge of the local employment labour legislations. Mature with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly adaptable and able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure and meet targets in a sometimes pressurized environment.
