HR Executive - 6 month contract
Are you a HR professional who is available immediately? My client is looking for a HR Executive to join their team on a 6 month maternity leave contract.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your HR operations experience at a regional level. You should have at least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in an MNC environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across different cultures is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Managing onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- End to end recruitment of junior to mid level roles
- Maintaining leave records for Singapore and countries within APAC
- Payroll administration for Singapore and other countries in APAC
- Processing insurance for employees, work pass applications and renewals and tax filing
- Answering any HR related queries from employees
About you:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR
- At least 4 - 5 years progressive HR experience (including payroll)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong cultural awareness
- Strong reporting skills and an eye for detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- An ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
- A self-starter with a positive attitude
