A market leading global company have created a new HR Business Partner leadership role for a start up part of their organisation and are seeking a HRBP with international experience to help build the business.
This role is integral to shaping and delivering the people agenda for the business with teams based globally in both established and emerging markets. Sitting as part of the leadership team as well as working with a large, global HR team so whilst you have the opportunity to create something new in your Business Unit, you have the backing and support of an experienced HR COE to help you achieve your goals.

The Role
This is a real all rounder HRBP role which will draw on all your generalist experience and knowledge across the COE specialisms to provide real HR leadership and guidance to the General Manager who you will report directly into.
Covering workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, internal communications, employee engagement, culture building, organisational development, policy, compliance and compensation there is variety and responsibility to deliver key HR programs.
As an individual contributor this HRBP will be influencing and collaborating at a country, regional and BU level with counterparts in HR and other functions in order to deliver results. This requires someone to have a 'hands on' approach, takes ownership and is happy to get down in the weeds as they are in managing transformation projects.

What you're bringing....
Around 10 years of HR experience with proven ability as a generalist HRBP in a highly matrix global company.
Successful track record of partnering directly with executive level business leaders with the confidence to both challenge and drive change
Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English as you'll have responsibility for drafting some internal comms
An ability and a willingness to be both strategic and operational as required
Experience in setting up a new business would be ideal as would having worked in a professional services environment.
Salary
$140,000 - $170,000 + Bonus
