Our client, a well known Japanese MNC is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team here in Singapore. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of monthly payroll, claims and other payments for staff (annual returns, IR21 filing)
- Expatriate management, liaising closely with offices in Japan and Singapore
- Assist in the review of HR policies, systems and processes
- Assist with monthly and yearly budgets
- Support management with HR projects and initiatives
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 to 4 years progressive HR experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a business related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
