I am currently working on an exciting mandate with an International Food Specialities Business to help them identify a candidate for a Head of Quality Management role to be based in Singapore. Reporting into the Technical Director, this role is a leadership position and will be in charge of QC and QA management along with Food Safety for the Business in SEA. This role is part of the Quality Affairs Division and consists of 3 QC Analysts and reports to the Head of Quality, who is based in Singapore.
Key Areas of Focus ; Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Team leadership, Food safety and Lab Management
Requirements
- Degree in Science
- Solid years of experience in QC/QA/Quality Management & Food Safety within Food/Ingredients/Flavors/ Nutrition Sector
- Experience in Food Industry is a must and candidates with Flavors and Ingredient knowledge will have an advantage
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
