A leading healthcare organization is seeking two vacancies, a Head of Marketing (APAC) and a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee one of their business verticals, a highly visible and sustained growth portfolio. You will play a crucial role in leading the communications, content creation for ethical sales team, and HCP engagement strategies across APAC. This would include development, implementation and evaluation of HCP marketing programs and materials to support the business objectives of the organization.
You will be heavily involved in developing the marketing HCP strategy, gathering competitive insights and recommending a compelling brand narrative. In addition, you will lead the digital HCP engagement strategy and take ownership of the annual budget exercise for the development of the marketing plans which comprises of the brand plan, advertising and promotional activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6-8 years of marketing experience in the ethical or pharmaceutical channel. Prior experience in Rx and/or OTC would be a plus. You should come with strong experience and passion in content creation alongside designing materials and digitally driven programs. You would be a strong hand-on team player and have a strong capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
