Our client, a US MNC within the professional services space is seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to join their growing team. As the FP&A Business Partner, you will be reporting directly into the CFO and will be responsible for:
- Financial analysis, reporting and presentations to address business needs
- Creating financial models, dashboards and presentations using the latest financial presentation techniques and layouts
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly consolidated reporting, providing financial analysis for the period, with detailed timely and accurate information
- Liaising with senior stakeholders within the business as well as local and global transformation teams
- Defining and implementing effective processes and policies for budget
- Identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial results
- Corporate forecasting and reforecasting
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in corporate finance or consulting
- Advanced excel skills with proven financial modelling experience (VBA, Macros)
- Experience creating presentations and reports and presenting these to senior stakeholders
- Strong PowerPoint skills, PowerBI is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fast, high quality execution of quantitative work with attention to detail
- Good business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
