About the Job:
- To create quality insights on cost drivers and business segments via data driven analysis.
- Be responsible to build quality management reports & automated business dashboards to produce business insights in a timely manner.
- To own the revenue charging systems and processes, which will also require streamlining and optimizing the way revenue is being charged.
- Lead month end closing activities by interfacing with our BPO and country finance teams
- Streamline and automate the cost accrual process, reducing time consumed by manual month end closing activities by at least 50% in the next one year
- Handle treasury, tax, audits, accounting implications of new business proposal(s)
We are looking for:
- Degree in Accounting/ACCA/Qualified Accountant (or equivalent) with min 5 years of working experience in managing reporting and cost management.
- Relevant experience in automating manual processes with experience in financial systems (SAP preferably), accounting tools and data mining tools preferably.
- Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills & able to work with people cross culturally, across different teams
