My Client is a real estate MNC, They are looking for a finance executive(^ months contract) who is independent and responsible. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to broaden your knowledge in accounting.
Liaison with Shared Services Team on daily, monthly closing matters and year end matters
2. Liaison with Shared Services Team, Treasury Team and Bank on bank related matters
3. Review monthly closing submission ( including Cognos submission to Group consolidation)
4. Prepare monthly cashflow submission for Group consolidation
5. Review quarterly GST submission prepared by Shared Services Team
6. Liaison with Auditor on year end matters and draft financial statement
7. Liaison with Tax on tax queries, provisions and tax computations
8. Prepare statutory filings (eg surveys, XBRL & ACRA filing)
9. Well-versed in Yardis (Accounting system) and TM1 (Budgeting Tool) is an added advantage
10. Able to work very independently, learn fast and adapt quickly
