As the Engineering Manager, you'll uphold and elevate our engineering standards, enhance time-to-market, and drive the adoption of new technologies. You'll lead engineering development projects, oversee team iterations, and manage sprint releases. Handling project conflicts and dynamic business requirements, you'll ensure optimal operational performance. Collaborating closely with management and stakeholders, you'll address personnel issues and project impediments. You'll conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses to continuously improve team practices for maximum productivity. Providing guidance to product owners on intra-team dynamics, you'll monitor project progress and report on significant milestones and any factors impacting cost or schedule.
Experience:
- Demonstrated multidisciplinary expertise in entrepreneurship and startup lifecycle.
- Proven track record in delivering complex products.
- Minimum 3 years' project management experience and 10 years' engineering experience.
- Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and impactful.
- Advanced time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Deep understanding of software and system design, platform architecture, and experience in complete product lifecycle development.
- Expertise in developing optimized code in C/C++ for Computer Vision or Signal Processing Applications.
Qualifications:
- MS/MEng/PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
