My client is an exciting name in the analytics space and as a part of their expansion plans are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager/ Senior Manager to come take on a Director of Customer Success role with them and lead a team of Customer Success Manager and Executives.
You will be tasked with growing and scaling the customer success organisation to drive customer growth by focusing on leading positive customer experience, driving product adoption, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. You will work closely with the different internal stakeholders to align on strategies, business goals so as to ensure that there is client satisfaction, increased wallet share in existing accounts as well as business continuity. You will also be responsible for reducing churn and drive new business growth through greater customer advocacy.
You will have at least 5 years of management experience in a customer success or an account management capacity in a B2B SaaS setting with a proven track record in sales and also in delivering impactful customer experience across channels. You must be an independent self starter who can make a clear impact on both the customer and a growth directed organisation. You must have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and a track record of delivering against targets and KPIs.
