This position plays a critical role across strategy and commercial operations, and digital initiatives. You will lead and manage sales processes and its proficiency, ensuring sustained improvement through the use of digital and data analytics. The major key point of this position is to optimize and manage the sales force effectiveness process, for both new and existing products so as to be in alignment with the marketing strategy, while leading and driving the plans for digital transformation.
Your role will include a detailed understanding of the current capabilities, gaps, and desired state of competencies where you will lead the assessment of best practices and competitive benchmarking. You will ensure a robust learning curriculum for customer facing roles and embed customer engagement models and coaching excellence ensuring alignment across.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-8 years of work experience in sales force and commercial excellence role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or consultancy industry in a regional capacity. You should have demonstrated analytical skills and proven success in leading people through change. Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Effective communicator with a record of accomplishment of ability to influence and demonstrate leadership skills.
