My client is a leader within the semiconductor space and is looking for a Demand Management Analyst to join the team as in expands here in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be someone with demand and supply tracking experience and is extremely comfortable odealing with numbers in their job and who ideally is also in the semiconductor industry
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for demand tracking and demand management
- Working closely with the sales to identify issues with supply levels to make sure customers are never impacted
- Preparation of reports to make sure demand and supply matches via forecasting
- Make sure that daily and weekly tracking goes smoothly
- Ensuring delivery is on time
- Coordinating with the planning team to make sure than the plans for production are all on track using forecasted numbers
- Come up with demand management strategies and make sure that processes are in order
- Work closely with the sales VP to come up with reports about the allocation of supply and demand
- Look into patterns in the booking and help the company to identify and fix the gaps with the Managers
- In the event of additional bookings, to let the expectations be known to the relevant departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Finance/Engineering with at least 6 years' experience in the Semiconductor industry
- Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to sommunicate with external stakeholders in the APAC region
- Extremely comfortable working with numbers
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with demand and supply forecasting
- Good knowledge of customer demands
- Requires effective communication skills as you will work extensively with other departments
