Customer Service Officer - 2 Years Contract - Singapore

Looking for a Customer Service Officer with 1+ year of call centre experience. This role is a 2 years contract, and is only available to Singaporeans at this time.

* Salary Package: $2000 - $2800
* Mandarin Speaker is required in order to assist with mandarin speaking clients
* Singaporeans Only

The Responsibilities:

  • Attend and respond to incoming Calls, Emails and Call-Back requests, Live Chats
  • Handling Customer Administration functions as well as CSO Frontline role such as handling calls & email
  • Resolving customer queries through incoming calls, emails and live chats to deliver pleasant customer experiences
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure the issues have been resolved
  • Logged all the calls and report into the system
  • You will be supporting more than 1 project for you to gain more experience

The Ideal Candidate should possess:

  • 1+ year of Call center experience
  • Contact Centre/Service Desk/Helpdesk support experience
  • Interest in policy and procedures, application/eService usage and/or transaction behaviour

This is a 2 Years contract position to start and is convertible to permanent.
