Customer Service Officer - 2 Years Contract - Singapore
Looking for a Customer Service Officer with 1+ year of call centre experience. This role is a 2 years contract, and is only available to Singaporeans at this time.
The Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Administration functions as well as CSO Frontline role such as handling calls & email
- Resolving customer queries through incoming calls, emails and live chats to deliver pleasant customer experiences
- Follow-up with customers to ensure the issues have been resolved
- Logged all the calls and report into the system
- You will be supporting more than 1 project for you to be gain more experience
The Ideal Candidate should possess:
- 1+ years of Call center experience
- Contact Centre/Service Desk/Helpdesk support experience
This is a 2 Years contract position to start and is convertible to permanent.
