As Customer Service Asssitant you will be managing the Customer Service Counter providing timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries to your customers. You will need to be considerate with customers' feedback and complaints.
You will also be assisting in Marketing events as well as other promotional activities. And also undertake simple administrative and clerical duties.
GCE'O' Levels and above with 1 or 2 years working experience in similar capacity would be preferred. Your client will be primarily Singapore based therefore fluency in English and Mandarin would be advantegous.
You will be adequately compensation for working in working on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holiday.
