You will be taking on the role of a CRM Manager, as part of my client's movement towards a more data-centric core. You will be the focal point for all CRM-related matters on a global scale. The scope of the role includes:
- Data analysis to empower sales team and guide marketing efforts
- Close collaboration with various departments on CRM-centric projects
- Lead and execute CRM related initiatives
- Data management and governance
- Strategic partner for corporate development initiatives
- Degree in any Business discipline or equivalent
- At least 4 years experience working on a similar capacity
- Experience working in a highly matrix environment is a must
