My client is one of the global leaders within the building and construction industry, with a key focus on end-to-end consultation and construction projects for a clientele from the specialty manufacturing sector. They are currently looking for a CRM Consultant to manage and extract the maximum value out of their CRM system.
The Job
You will be taking on the role of a CRM Consultant role, working as an individual contributor to bridge the gap between the IT team and sales team to drive CRM initiatives and enable strategic utilization of the CRM system. The scope of the role includes:
- Focal point for all CRM-centric projects
- Design, introduce and implement new CRM-centric initiatives
- Initiating and maintaining CRM governance
- Techno-functional role to translate business needs into CRM initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a CRM Consultant
- Good experience and knowledge with Salesforce
- Familiarity with working in a highly matrix environment
