A global F&B corporation is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to generate sales opportunities for the Singapore business via various channels including B2B. The focus of this role would be to enhance the reputation of the company brand, so as to grow the business and drive high sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business by developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing corporate clients
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and analyzing and recommending possible sales options
  • Initiate and follow up on leads
  • Conduct daily outside sales calls on new and existing accounts
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and after sales services, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Evaluate trends within the Singapore market of current and/or future operation
  • Develop networking opportunities through active participation in community and professional associations, activities and events
  • Takes ownership of sales opportunities from initial meeting to closing, including the ability to present and negotiate contracts
  • Meet monthly sales target with excellent numbers

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in business or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing (prior experience in corporate sales preferred)
  • Experience working in an international food & beverage and/or chain restaurant industries is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience and success in corporate sales account management with hotels, MICE organisers, large company accounts, airlines, gourmet/specialty food retailers and other institutional corporate sales channels
  • Strong negotiation and prospecting and client-relationship skills
  • High capability of listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns raised by corporate customers
  • Approach all encounters with corporate customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner
