Objectives of this Role
- Design Solutions - Collaborate with the R&D and PS teams to help customer's organisation and provide whole suite of services that leverage client's solutions
- Customer facing skills allowing them to represent the company in discussions with senior personnel
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about solutions to business, product, and technical challenges.
- Engage with Solution Architects, Account Managers Professional Services and Partners to define an Engagement strategy for operational territories and key accounts.
- Thought Leadership - Provide thought leadership on solutions that benefit customers through the use of client's solutions. As well as coaching & mentoring internal stakeholders.
- Assist solution providers with the definition and implementation of technical and business strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 17 years in tech space
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Solution Consulting experience for BFSI is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
