My client is a global leader with a key clientele within the petrochemical, natural gas and oil & gas industry. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to manage complex contracts and project-based sales.
The Job
You will be taking on the role of a Commercial Manager, working as an individual contributor within the APAC region to manage all relevant business cases and to handle complex contract negotiations. The scope of the role includes:
- Complex contract negotiations, bid and tender process and project-based sales
- Contract drafting, validation and finalization
- Build in-depth business cases to support commercial success
- Relationship management for long drawn projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager/Commercial Manager
- Good experience with contract drafting, negotiations and validation
- Experience working with government sector will be prioritized
