The Job
You will be taking on the role of a Commercial Lead on a regional scale, taking on the position as a key member in the organisation. The scope of the role includes:
- Lead and manage complex commercial contracts discussions (i.e Upwards of $20m commercial value)
- Focal point for multiple stakeholders, "face" of commercial projects
- Strategic business development and account management
- Top-level decision making
- Successfully lead and manage a team of executives
- Top-level forecasting, reporting and budgeting
- Ensure successful collaborations in a highly matrix environmenr
Requirements
- Degree in any business/engineering related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in a commercial position of similar nature
- At least 3 years of experience managing a high-performing team
