Civil Engineering Manager - Owner Side
Newly created role with Fortune 500 FMCG company, will be in charge of developing sustainable cost effective solutions for Civils Standards and Infrastructure Development and guide the implementation of these solutions. These solutions will support the implementation of Green Fields and Civils works for projects internationally and focus on the following areas:
- Greenfield project development and project execution
- Communication with external partners, consultancies and contractors
- Budget and Cost
- Innovation
- People management and training
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering professional with a strong track record in leading/managing large scale project
- Extensive experience in Manufacturing plant projects, especially projects with packaged goods such as consumer goods, food, and beverage
- Have strong leadership quality and comfortable with making major decisions
