My client is a well-known International Chemicals Business, who is currently expanding their business and operations in APAC. They are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator, who will be responsible for supporting the Cargo Operations team fully covering daily customer service, invoicing, and contractual matters.

The role requires someone who has got good experience in Customer Service / Invoice processing with the ability to multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Solid Knowledge and Experience in System SAP and Excel is critical for the role.

Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma / Degree from recognised institution
  • 3-7 years of experience in Customer Service / Invoice processing within Commodities / Chemicals / Oil & Gas / Trading Industry
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful team player
  • Working experience and knowledge / exposure in SAP and Excel is a must
  • Regional experience will be an advantage
