You will lead the creation and execution of a robust framework based on best practice policies and review any new strategic policies part of the plan. Your responsibility is to ensure awareness and compliance of policies aligned with corporate, regional/local guidelines and regulations. You will also constantly review and make recommendations to newly created policies for approval. This role will include communication of any new SOPs, policies and regulations to employees ensuring it is well understood. There will be close collaboration with various functions and markets to provide information to aid policy decision making including ethics and compliance, finance and HR.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of solid pharmaceutical sector experience in a corporate governance, strategy and planning, consultancy or HR function. Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders with strong communication and influencing skills. You must be customer centric and foster a culture where your main goal is to add value to patients. High cultural awareness to adjust to engage different markets to achieve respectful outcomes.
