Assistant Product Owner - 12 Months Contract
This role will require provision of support to the Product Manager along with product processes and blueprint definitions on a key system of the Company. This position will entail application development to streamline and integrate the Company's entire sales procedures for present and future business models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generation of blueprint to streamline flow processes of sales and users of the application.
- Direct support to Product Managers to spearhead development and future changes through gathering of business requirements.
- Work closely with internal IT teams to escalate requirements to development team.
- Work alongside internal UI/UX teams for product finishes.
- Ensure product development timeframe is within set boundaries with stakeholders.
- Vetting of user stories and market requirements/design.
- Support project rollout and identification of discrepancies during testing.
- Function as a main business contact for market engagement.
- Presentation and engagement with senior stakeholders and management.
- Attend scrum and Profitability Index(PI) events.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or relevant discipline.
2 years of working experience.
1 year experience as a Team Lead.
Proficiency and understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Digital knowledge of UI/UX.
Experience in the retail automotive industry is a plus.
CRM and Dealer Management System(DMS) is a plus.
Must possess and present a confident and well-spoken outlook with the demonstrated ability to perform clear, structured and precise ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders and HQ.
Proven track record in working alongside with business users and stakeholders to achieve targets and operational success, and also to take responsibility for successes and failures.
