Our client is a well known Japanese MNC, and we are partnering with them to find an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience across talent acquisition and development, HR consulting as well as leading teams.
As the Assistant HR Manager, you will be reporting directly into the GM. Your role will involve everything from implementing effective hiring strategies to the design, development and facilitation of training programs that align with the organisation's strategy. You will also act as the intermediary between HQ (Japan) and local HR teams across APAC.
Skills / Experience:
You should have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Management, coupled with at least 8 to 10 years experience in HR (within an MNC), particularly within talent acquisition and talent development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels is also a must. You will be a proactive self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and be able to deal with ambiguity and complex situations.
