My client is looking for a IT Application Support Analyst to support the gaming business within the company. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years in Application Support, SQL and L2 Support. You should also have experience in:
- Troubleshooting applications
- Evaluating business processes
- Uncovering areas for improvement
- Performing requirement analysis
- Stakeholder reports
- Develop plans and monitor the performance of the rolled out plan
