As part of their business expansion in APAC, our client who is a fast growing MNC, is looking for a highly accountable and innovative marketing leader to join the team. As the Portfolio Marketing Lead, you will oversee the end to end strategic planning and execution of their product launches and business solutions in the region. This will include the awareness, differentiation and impactful engagements for their products which consist of an extensive SKU and operate in a hybrid business model. You will own the strategic roadmap, ensuring their brands are optimized and help to identify areas of opportunity via consistently evaluating the plans to meet the changing competitive and user landscape.
You need to be able to see the big picture, combining the commercial strategy with the product operational management and successfully implemented new product launches with product positioning, pricing, regulations working across the different corporate functions. Develop marketing programs that drive new users with the unique selling propositions.
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in regional marketing or brand management in the consumer goods or healthcare industry. Experience in team management and distributor management is essential. Strong project management skills to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously and to completion. Ability to provide leadership through influence and excellent communication and cultural understanding.
