Responsibilities
- Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investments
- Analyse performance at both asset level and at portfolio level
- Maintain market database and collect market research information
- Support business development efforts for investment and development opportunities
- Assist in preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence,
structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from REIT companies
- Property industry knowledge and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage
- Analytical, resourceful and good communication skill
- Strong in financial modeling and feasibility studies
- Good English writing, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
