My client is an innovator and a technology disruptor. Its' products have received global recognition and my client is changing the way algorithms influence our lives.

A new role of an Engineering Manager has been created to pioneer this change. As the Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Maintain and raise engineering standards and improve time to market
  • Drive adoption of new technologies
  • Manage engineering projects, drive team iterations and facilitate product releases
  • Manage project conflicts and implement a continuous improvement mindset
  • Work with cross departmental functional heads to solve problems
  • Conduct RCA (root cause analysis) to improve practises to ensure maximum productivity
  • Provide guidance to product teams
  • Monitor and report to senior leadership team
  • Manage and deploy project budget


  • Advanced Degree (Masters/PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in project management and 10 years' engineering experience
  • Deep understanding of algorithms & system design, platform architecture and experience in complete Product life cycle development
  • Expert skills in developing optimised code in C/C+ in Computer Vision or Signal Processing Applications
  • Highly self-motivated, a team-player and ready to make an impact
  • Advanced time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
