Accounts Executive
My Client is an US MNC in the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for someone who is independent and able to take on responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set accounting
- Liaising with billing team and internal stakeholders on billing and reconciliation.
- Preparation of reports for tax and GST
- Assisting on fixed asset list and maintenance.
- Liaise with shared service/ AP - AR teams on open items and disputes.
- Timely closing of all accounts monthly
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in accounting
- Minimum two years of relevant working experience
- Proven intermediate/advanced level of MS Excel skill
- High accuracy & attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated
