My client is a leading Foreign MNC in the FMCG space and is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join the team as they grow across the region. The ideal candidate is someone who has managerial experience in the FMCG industry and has managed more than 20 warehouse staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse has proper housekeeping and is kept tidy
- Handle order fulfillment
- Accurate inbound and outbound inventory numbers tally up
- Hit given KPI's
- Make sure all compliance matters are taken care of
- Providing great customer service
- Handling invoicing charges and approval
- Make sure that monthly stock count is accurate
- Ensure that internal audits pass
- Timely check
- Help to make sure all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations to help customers or clients if they have problems
- Come up with manual criteria for the staff
- Ensure that all approved spending is within the budget and if not, come up with ways to make sure spending is kept within the budget
- Contract negotiation with suppliers and stakeholders
- Monitor and make sure that all KPI's are met
- Make sure that 3PL KPI's are also
- Company fleet management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Has their own transportation is a plus
- Strong background managing a team of people
- Experience with warehouse management and liaising across the region
- Safety certifications are a strong added bonus, E.g. GWP,GMP,EHS
