Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Assisting project teams in the installation and setup of client end-device hardware and software
- Providing general maintenance and support for operations of data centers, inclusive of coordination and troubleshooting of incidents and facilitating workarounds
- Following through with 3rd-party service providers and Business Units to ensure SLAs are met
- Providing routine job monitoring and following up actions
You will ideally have:
- An ITC Certificate, IT Diploma, or Diploma from a Singapore-based Polytechnic
- Knowledge in PC operations and computer networking
- Experience in computer operations
