My client is a world leader in the precision and equipment industry and now seek an experienced Technical Support and Customer Engagement Project Lead
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility to provide technical software support for products in customer fabrication facilities
- Lead software related customer engagement and:
- Make presentations on all aspects of software features
- Assist division software engineering team in assessing potential features of company products to meet customer needs
- Implement detailed software installation/upgrade plans
- Perform the software support at the customer sites
- Provide customer support in disseminating technical information on the customer features
- Follow up on customer software issues and feature requests
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent experience with strong analytical background
- Understanding of software coding (C/C++/C#/Python) concepts will be desirable
- Project Management expertise including PMP Certification is a big plus
