My client is a world leader in the precision and equipment industry and now seek an experienced Technical Support and Customer Engagement Project Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility to provide technical software support for products in customer fabrication facilities
  • Lead software related customer engagement and:
    • Make presentations on all aspects of software features
    • Assist division software engineering team in assessing potential features of company products to meet customer needs
    • Implement detailed software installation/upgrade plans
    • Perform the software support at the customer sites
    • Provide customer support in disseminating technical information on the customer features
    • Follow up on customer software issues and feature requests


Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent experience with strong analytical background
  • Understanding of software coding (C/C++/C#/Python) concepts will be desirable
  • Project Management expertise including PMP Certification is a big plus
