Technical Services & Sustainability Senior Executive/Manager - Hospitality
The incumbent is responsible for development project from inception to operational. They are required to work closely with the project technical team and property operation team to achieve compliance to our brands design requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan and execute projects
- Support and implement company ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) targets and annual report
- Support green certification of buildings, company participation in real estate rating indices and benchmarking (ie, GRESB) and company innovation projects
- Provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) design review
- Project management, Design Management, administration and documentation
- Provide technical advisory and guidance to building owners and project technical consultant
- Monitor completion and handling over of projects to the operation team
- Based in Singapore, but able to make short business trips as and when required within SEAA regions
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental)
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in M&E design consultancy, and/or project management and/or hospitality background
- Certified Green Mark manager or other green certification related experience
- Relevant experience in hospitality projects Skillset:
- Able to communicate and work well with people from different geographical regions
