Our client is a global leading MNC in the Life Science industry, currently looking to hire a Supply Planning Manager on 12-month contract. At this position, you will be managing a headcount of 10 planning specialists and you will report to the Head of Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
- To implement best strategies and practices to balance customer's demand with supply capacity while meeting cost, quality and service standards
- To ensure a proper execution of the Supply Planning process by creating, maintaining and updating the MPS
- To develop supply risk-mitigation activities to ensure optimal supply chain operations
- To work closely with Inventory Manager to monitor and achieve optimal inventory levels of both in-bound and out-bound materials to prevent scrap
- To actively participate in supplier allocation decision-making taking based on data findings (KPIs)
- To manage and incorporate stakeholders' supply expectations
- To lead a team of Supply Planners in alignment with organizational goals
- To ensure accuracy of Supply Plans uploaded into SAP (IBP & ECC)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering or relevant field
- At least 6 years of relevant Supply Chain Planning experience with a Life Science/Healthcare related organization
- At least 2 years of managerial experience leading a team of supply chain professionals (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills to lead a team and to manage stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with SAP (APO, IBP, ECC)
