I am currently partnered with one of my clients in the industrial equipment space (leading European MNC). They are actively on the lookout for an experienced Scheduler to help plan their materials flow through production and distribution across Asia Pacific.

You will be part of a team of experienced Supply Chain professional (~12 headcounts) that work in strong collaboration with Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics teams.

  • Full time, permanent role
  • Based in Central/East Singapore (near MRT station)
  • Reports to Head of department
  • Remuneration $4,000 to $4,500 SGD per month + AWS + VB (~1 to 1.5 months)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (Bachelor's good to have) in Engineering/Supply Chain or relevant field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Planner/Buyer, Scheduler, Materials Management/Planner role within the industrial/equipment manufacturing sector (must have)
  • Hands-on experience with Excel: VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables + SAP (R/3) MM and SD modules is a must
  • Experience working and liaising with different functions across the Supply Chain (Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service and Planning)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in team under tight deadlines
