Volt is partnered with a Global Enterprise Security Software vendor to recruit a Senior Partners Manager ASEAN.
The Partner Ecosystems is a key component of their continued growth plans and fully aligned to support their Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy. The selected incumbent will lead a small team based out of Singapore as well directly engage with the Partners across ASEAN region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage the internal ASEAN Partner Manager Team to be successful in meeting the revenue target and growth
- Lead & manage the ASEAN Channels Ecosystem including Global SIs, Distributors, Resellers, Advisories and MSPs
- Establish good & strong relations with the Strategic Partners at the Executive Management Level (C-level)
- Ensure that there are enough & relevant Partner resources in the various ASEAN markets to support the success of the region in current year
- Develop the Partner resources to meet the growth of the various markets within ASEAN
- Ensure that all Partners within their Territory reach and maintain the appropriate certification required to participate and contribute to the company's Partner Program
- Ensure the correct business plans are in place to drive sales revenue of company's solutions and ensuring the company maximises the value-add from the relationship
- Manage & report on Partner success in line with the company's partner program criteria
- Develop a qualified sales pipeline through the Partners' existing client base
- Attain and maintain productive and beneficial relationships across all levels within the Partner
- Execute on all aspects of the business plan whether sales enablement, technical, marketing or event creation
- Create joint sales development Campaigns focused on new business, upscale and portfolio expansion
- Manage the various relationships internally and externally to ensure all relevant people are involved (Marketing, Sales Engineers and Territory Managers) for mutual success
- Train Partners' sales teams
- Reinforce & ensure cadence on the Partner program criteria and drive all Partners to attain the skills levels required
- Maintain a Sales Forecast across all your Partners Ecosystem in ASEAN and have deal visibility of all unmanaged opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role (Channels/Partners Management) within the Enterprise Software vendor space
- 3-5 years of direct Team Management experience
- Strong understanding of the (Channels) Partners Ecosystem / Network within the ASEAN region
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful Partner relationships
- Strong & consistent sales track record
