Do you have significant experience as a Veeva owner in the Pharma sector? This is a commercial role that will allow you to leverage your strong technical background as you support the implementation of their CRM strategy across their various markets and affiliates. You will play an active role in providing solutions to existing issues and finding opportunities to increase customer engagement.
As part of this role, you will create the short- and medium-term roadmap in relation to strategy gathering inputs and requirements to feed into the planning process. Partner with the Customer & Operational Excellence team to ensure alignment on the capability, process and tools as well as sharing of best practices. You will key in developing the regional dashboard ensuring maximize usage of the solutions and support process to enable effective reporting data availability. Ensure comprehensive and user-friendly learning content is consistently delivered to support all changes to functional services. Drive effective use of the system via CRM training, territory alignment and content management.
You should have a successful track record of taking ideas from concept through to successful product/service implementation. Delivering innovative customer-focused outcomes, both in partnership with colleagues and other stakeholders. Developing and implementing international KPIs and dashboards to support sustainable growth and performance through cutting-edge knowledge management solutions. Cultural and organisational learning initiatives across geography/region, incorporating cross-cultural perspectives.
