My client is a real estate MNC, they are looking for a senior finance executive who is willing to travel to India twice a year.


Job Description:

  • In charge of sub-group consolidation and financial reporting

  • Preparation of group consolidated account and statutory reports,

  • Supporting overseas team to ensure timely submission of monthly accounts

  • Oversee the budgeting and financial planning process for the sub-group, including detailed review and analysis on the submission

  • Perform analysis on various consolidated financial drivers for management reporting purposes

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements

  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Accountancy or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Experienced in SFRS

  • An excellent team worker with strong communication and analytical skills

  • Able to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with IBM Cognos Controller

  • Travelling to India is required.
