About the role
You will be taking on the role as a Sales Manager, with scope of the role including:
- Direct sales
- Channel management (Regional scale)
- Team management
- Sales planning and cost budgeting
- Set future directions for the business unit
- Sound and current market knowledge to future-proof the business
- Communication and reporting to key stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the chemical industry
- Team management experience
- Regional sales management experience
- Strategic and exploratory mindset
