My client firm is the global leading user engagement platform provider trusted by numerous modern digital app companies. They allow any app (or Website) to quickly and easily embed rich real-time chat, voice, and video experiences into their app to building connections with users and between users. The platform has over 150M MAUs from over 50 countries operating in industries ranging from marketplaces, ride sharing and online communities to gaming, live video streaming and healthcare.

Currently looking for Sales Development Representative located in Korea - bilingual in English & Korean

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to build a pipeline for strategic accounts
  • Identify key contacts for target accounts, and firmly build the foundations for sales engagement
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
  • Add value by providing the right content for each opportunity, ie. case studies, screencasts, presentations, event invitations
  • Manage, track and report sales activities and results using CRM solutions
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly performance metrics
  • Identify process improvements
  • Help guide, mentor and train team members who may be less experienced or needing support

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in lead generation, sales and/or marketing
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Passion for understanding and explaining technology
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Impeccable work ethic and dedication towards customers
  • Strong alignment with company values
  • Demonstrated experience with Large Enterprise and the ability to leverage those contacts
  • Experience selling communications to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers.
  • You have the discipline to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
