As a Regional product manager, you will be responsible for the alignment and implementation of regional marketing strategies and developing markets in APAC for the launch of their COVID 19 portfolio of products. You will network with key business partners to support the achievement of regional sales targets and develop expertise within the portfolio and trends in the market. This will include training programs to support the transfer of knowledge and regular market intelligence.
The role will require you to ensure successful implementation at the country level and customize strategies to improve profitability. You will work closely with global team to align marketing communications at various seminars, field visits, online engagement and KOL development as develop sales tools and marketing collaterals. Ensure forecasts are accurate and track ROI of marketing campaigns.
In addition, you will provide field-based support to customers to assist sales growth and monitor customer segments to develop short and long-term marketing plans. The Product Manager will also build strategic relationships with KOLs in the region.
To be successful in this role, you should be a seasoned product marketer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in diagnostics/ IVD/ infectious disease in a regional capability. The ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and strategize + adjust to changes quickly. You should be able to deal with complexities and be self-accountable. Proven network of KOLs in traditional segments including IVD/ Rapid Diagnostics, respiratory medicine and disease management.
