Our client a large consumer MNC is looking to expand their ecommerce team and capabilities in the region. As a result, there is a new role for a Regional Performance marketing manager to drive online sales acquisition via planning, execution & optimizing Paid, Owned & Earned media channels.
You will be the go-to person for the latest in paid media strategies and work closely with the marketing teams to create a digital strategy as well as the sales team to drive traffic and sales for campaigns. This will include driving higher ROI and conversion rates in partnership with the regional players. As part of the role, you will provide data on audience segmentation, integration, analytics dashboards and media insights. This will include working closely with the agencies to optimize campaign performance by targeting improvements, search query mining, keyword and big management process.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of work experience and strong track record in performance marketing including paid search, display social and programmatic media in a B2C context. Expertise in CRM, SEO and Merchandising is a plus. Strong experience in biddable environments, buying principles and understanding of major players would be advantageous. Prior experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with Google Tag manager. You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to use data and trends to make recommendations on actionable media opportunities.
