Regional Marketing Assistant Manager - Fragrance / FMCG / Cosmetics
Volt is working on an exciting mandate with a leading International Fragrance Business who are currently looking to hire a Regional Marketing Assistant Manager to be based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of the Business, it's a high visibility role that plays a critical part in growing and strengthening the brand in the region fully covering Marketing Strategy, Branding, Creative Development and Consumer Insights for specific fragrance categories in SEA market.
Key areas of Focus
- Drive marketing initiatives and consumer research activities
- Leadership for conceptualising, planning and executing marketing projects
- Analyze market products and spot opportunity spaces/ trends
- Prepare marketing presentations for key customer targets understanding market and customer requirements
- Ideate marketing concepts for strong and relevant fragrance stories basis the category, brand and consumer understanding
- Read and analyse various syndicated reports to prepare relevant category and trends presentation
- Initiate, plan and execute branding activities for both internal & external stakeholders (packaging, branding for events, corporate gifts, marketing materials for marketing presentations etc.)
- Build, develop and efficiently manage vendors for implementation of marketing and corporate branding initiatives
- Crystalise and translate research learnings into marketing and development implications for the benefit of the internal stakeholders
- Organize and prepare Marketing Events in (seminars, workshops)
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized university
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B Marketing within the Fragrance Industry or FMCG or Cosmetics Industry OR Advertising agency
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit, able to perform work independently
