Are you passionate about sustainability and future of the environment? Does a plant-based meat alternative portfolio excite you?

This is a newly created position for an experienced sales professional to be the pivotal driving force in the expansion of their food service business across SEA in QSR, hotel food service and FMCG professional industry. You will focus on developing mid to long term strategic plans for key accounts, further developing accounts for the growing demand for this solution and becoming a go to supplier for culinary solutions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders including the marketing, R&D and technical teams to understand internal capabilities, translating them to the needs of customers and offering customized solutions including building distributor networks. You must be constantly updated of the market landscape to develop new business opportunities and be involved in setting up pricing strategy, forecasting and inventory management.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years of sales and key account management experience supplying the QSR, hotel food service and FMCG industry with experience handling big accounts and MNC companies. You must be a problem solver able to trouble shoot and solve customer issues or unmet needs. Ability to build strong relationships with strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
