Our client is a professional services global MNC, looking to bring on a Regional HR Operations Director to be part of their team. This role will be reporting into the Head of HR and will be responsible for:
- HR operations for 4 countries within the region, which includes recruitment, talent management and compensation and benefits
- Partnering closely with peers in the region
- Creating amazing experiences by identifying and improving processes and systems and increasing quality and productivity
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, programs and initiatives to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged talent
- Overseeing teams in the region in the delivery of projects ensuring it aligns with the delivery of strategic objectives for HR and the business
- Manage strategic relationships with third-party vendors who deliver HR services to employees
Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years experience in HR / Business Operations, ideally within the professional services industry
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a Business related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in different countries
- Previous experience with managing budgets
- Ability to work in an agile environment
